[stp-dev] Created a committer build, up for testing

I created a build on build.eclipse.org. The build is signed, packed, digested, so it should meet with all Eclipse standards.

I yet have to see if it is valid and runs well with 3.5M3. I also have to check it is placed at the right location.

The build is placed here:

/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/stp/committers/updates/bpmn-modeler/1.1.0

and the archived site is here:

/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/stp/committers/updates/bpmn-modeler/bpmn-modeler.archivedsite-1.1.0.200812131020.zip

All this was done by calling a buildr script. It should be trivial to make it work for all projects.
