[stp-dev] Trouble in connectig to STP SVN

Hi All,

I've some trouble in connecting to eclipse stp svn with this url:

svn+ssh://dev.eclipse.org/svnroot/stp/

I try to open the above url, and after i've talk with my system admin, 
the problem seems to be that
our packet pass correctly and they're refused by svn server.

What i need to verify??
Any Idea??
