[stp-dev] Stricter controls on ssh access to eclipse.org machines

Hi folks,
The eclipse foundation has experienced a number of ssh attacks recently and
have implemented a rather aggressive ip blocking mechanism which blocks the
originating IP address if it believes an attach is happening. The lack of a
userid in an ssh connection request to an eclipse.org machine will get your
domain name blocked, so please make sure to be careful when checking out code
over ssh or shelling into foundation machines.
If you are blocked, you'll need to mail the eclipse webmaster.at.eclipse.org
with your IP address to get unblocked. Symptoms of being blocked are typically
timeouts when trying to check out code, commit, or logging into machine hosted
on eclipse.org.
