[stp-dev] M3 Ganymede build updated

I've update the ganymede build with our current latest. The update
site is at [0]. Please do check your stuff to make sure everything is
ok.

Because our build system is in flux at the moment, we are a little
behind on getting full zipped downloads, with checksums and test
results and the usual stuff on the downloads page. We'll get to
this next week. Expect full automation before M4 :)

I will be updating the non-ganymede update site [1] in the next
hour. If you find any issues, shout as soon as you can.
