[stp-dev] 47 Unresolved Bugs in Bugzilla

The batch of bugs fixed for RC1 [0] has knocked out the blockers.
No doubt more will appear as we go on, but for now we have a selection
of 47 unresolved bugs [1].

strike me as being the most intrusive for users of the code. Remember
that we don't have a lot of time left before we need to ship, and also
that there are other activities going on beyond bug fixing (e.g. getting
update sites fixed up, legal devoirs), so if you have a bug that you
haven't submitted, it would be a very good idea to submit it now.
We've already departed somewhat from our rampdown plan, in that
we haven't been doing the PMC approval thing, but this is not a
big issue as we have been fixing blockers.
From now on, blockers need to be addressed immediately, and if you
are not working on a blocker (because there aren't any), please tell
the dev list what you intend to work on.
