[stp-dev] When you are taking on a bugzilla...

Please send an email to the list to say which bugzilla you are
going to start on, and when you have a committed a fix, or
created a patch, it is a good idea to send a mail to the list
saying 1) that the fix/patch is in place, 2) what you did to
fix the issue. This helps people who are monitoring the list
to easily see what is going on.
