[stp-dev] Updated build system

Hi Guys,

Well we now have support 3.3 M6, and I've just done an integration build 
upload [1].

Now for those of you building STP, take note, there's support in the build 
system for 3.2.2 and 3.3 M6. So, to build either of the two versions here are 
the tags:

For eclipse platform 3.2.2 - STP_322
For europa (the default)   - STP_33_M6

Now onto build automation :-)
