Thanks Hugues, the CXF URL was (and I think still is) in flux.
In order to get a build published, you need to have publish rights to
dev.eclipse.org, I'll fire off a build this morning and publish so you
can see if your stuff is publishing correctly.

PS: please note that to get stp to build I had to change the cxf
plugin urls as it pointed to no-where.
It is now pointing to the RC snapshot-release from the 30th of
November and the build works with it. Please do change it to something
else if that is actually the wrong version.
