Re: [stem-dev] stem-dev Digest, Vol 139, Issue 3

Frederico,
Please see this doc

If you follow the example you will see how to created different types of loggers, including csv. When you create the logger (eg for a scenario) you need to select or point it to the disease or population model that should be logged. If you change that model you'll need to change the logger too. So each logger is keyed to a specific decorator (disease model) . That is how it knows the available compartments for logging. It's hard to tell where your scenario is having problems but if after following the doc you still have and issue you might want to create a simple test scenario.
Best Regards,
Jamie

Hello all,

I've got a question, hopefully, one of you can help me.

I'm trying to use csv loggers to get the results of my simulations out. But
I can't seem to get this right. Only one of my models produces csv outputs.
The others do not and I don't understand the difference. I'm using the
default location to record the csv files.

One of my models saves only an HTML file (ScenarioLog), but not the csv.
What might I be doing wrong?

Thanks,
