Status: Stefan has been testing RC4; Matt will do some more, will check to see if anything has changed before doing weekly build; RC4 includes changes Chris check in on 12/7; repository reflects what is there; Stefan will update metadata; Matt will do tagged release 12/14/2012 (assuming all testing confirms nothing more is required)
