[stem-dev] Refactoring and new plug-in dependency: org.eclipse.stem.geog

Greetings,

I refactored the org.eclipse.stem.data.geography
plug-in to no longer contain Java logic for looking up geographic names
/ centers based on ISO code.  This allows us to remove the dependency
on org.eclipse.stem.core and make this plug-in only contain data, no Java
classes.

The geographic names code is now located
in a new plugin named org.eclipse.stem.geography.  It's located
in SVN in trunk/core.  Please check out this plug-in before updating
to the latest version of STEM.
