[stem-dev] Vote for Committer status for Kun Hu was started by James Kaufman

This automatically generated message signals that James Kaufman has
nominated Kun Hu as a Committer on the technology.stem project. The reason
given is as follows:
Kun is a member of the STEM development team making important new
contributions and leading exciting new research projects based on STEM. She
co-wrote three new models for Dengue Fever (now available in V1.3.0),
recently contribute a new model for Polio including reversion of live oral
polio vaccine, and is implementing the vaccination intervention for polio.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded. The voting will continue
until either all 6 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Kun Hu must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.

portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):

*NOTE*: Successful elections are left open for a maximum of 120 days to
