thursdays at 9:00 am pacific time
Topics of the Week
Release date for 1.2
· Stefan: Will get one last patch from Jan-Frederick this Friday, April 22; need a week to test new Release Candidate
· By unanimous vote, changed to Friday, April 29
Graphical editor
· Stefan: Jan-Frederick resolving last issue, as above
Documentation for Release 1.2
· Headless Runs: Matt completed
· Dublin Core: Stefan added reference to MacDonald Ross model
· Graphical Editor: Jan-Frederick working on last patch; is this included in documentation?
· Related to Graphical Editor: Jamie updated Running STEM from the Development Environment
· Time Stamp: Justin and Bryan tol add documentation, screen on map view page
· Automating Builds (Stefan): Internal, no documentation required
· New Global Mosquito Model: Stefan to do paragraph for Sample Projects Available for Download; Jamie to do for Disease and Population Models
Future Documentation
· Testing: Werner may look at junit plugin tests, then contact Jamie about integration testing

Time of STEM Call
· Proposal to make earlier, change day for European members of STEM community discussed
· Unanimous vote: Move to 9 am Pacific, noon Eastern beginning April 21
Student Projects
· Completed two EMF changes; what to do next (last three weeks for them)?
· Possible projects discussed: (1) create a multi-population disease, see how to make process easier; (2) triangle mesh as a utility, not a plug-in; (3) prepopulate source elemtns in Dublin Core so inherit string in user generated code
· Justin and Bryan will email their choice by end of week
Changes to the Earthscience Data Format
· Jan: As reported last week, working on this; has input from Matthias; target is for Release 2.0
