Hi Yossi, none of the download links seems to work for me (zip file not found problem). I even tried older versions. Any idea?

A new integration build (0.5.0.I20090423) of STEM has been uploaded to the downloads server. 
You can download it from: http://www.eclipse.org/stem/downloads.php 

It will take few hours before the files are distributed to the various Eclipse mirror sites.
