[stellation-res] TClient Status Update

I've just uploaded a complete version of the Stellation Core and TClient 
code to the Wiki.
It's available on

Note:
* Code drops are repackaged as two zips (stelCoreXXX and tclientXXX),
   rather than the five discrete zips previously used).
* Code passes all current JUnit tests (including merge) and includes
  basic GUI merge support.  Problem markers are added for all merge
   conflicts and changes, and post-merge checkin is disallowed until all
   conflict and change markers are cleared.
*  This code requires Eclipse R3M7 (I am about to port it to the R3M8 version,
    released 2004-03-26).
*  The CLI code does not work with this code drop and is no longer maintained.

Next steps include porting to R3M7; adding Cloudscape support; updating docs;
packaging for deployment; creation of Eclipse Feature update site;
posting tclient Feature for installation using Eclipse Update Manager.
