[stellation-res] T-Client Status Update, Near-Term Todos.

I've just finished integrating the merge fixes into the T-client, and the 
initial round of JUnit testing and debugging.
Merge is mostly working now, but there's some additional work Mark wants to 
do (see Bugzilla #53123 for details).

Here is my current todo list for the process of deploying the TClient, and 
associated Bugzilla #'s where appropriate.

* Integrate next round of merge fixes from Mark. [# 53123]
* Wrap up loose ends in Merge GUI [# 55728]
        * Add ClearMergeChanges to Stellation Project context menu
        * Add Checkin logic (disallow checkin, with message, until all 
changes, conflicts are cleared)
        * Problems View toggle filter to show only Merge Issues (changes, 
conflicts).  (May defer)
* Work with Annie to include Cloudscape support in the first release [# 55729]
* Verify basic functionality of updated CLI.  [# 55043]
* Perform final test on feature-complete tclient, core code, server.
* Package T-client for deployment (update client installation doc) [# 55730 ]
* Add feature update site to stellation.eclipse.org (for direct 
download/installation into Eclipse) [# 55733]
* Update server on stellation.eclipse.org [# 55732]
