[stellation-res] checkin of latest newstore work
I've just checked in the latest work on newstore, the new backend for WVCM support. There are currently two projects:
org.eclipse.stellation.newstore, and org.eclipse.stellation.newstore.texthandler. 

These is very preliminary code. It's very incomplete, but it's ready
to be shared with interested people.
