[stellation-res] Stellation command language schema, complete draft posted

After a stupidly long time working on it, I've just posted a draft of
the complete schema for the Stellation command language. I believe
that this language is sufficient for implementing an efficient Eclipse
client for Stellation; a command-line client for Stellation; and the
WVCM RI, with both client and server workspaces.
The schema is on the Wiki, under the command language entry.
Please take a look, and comment on any problems you see - particularly
any needed functionality that is not included in the CL.
Again, I'm sorry I've to have taken so long getting this done; there
were a few false starts before I got things into the right structure,
and life has
interfered heavily, cutting way down on my work time, and filling what
work time is left with all manner of other things that needed to get
done.
Work on implementing the CL should proceed much more quickly.
