I've responded to Jonathan's comments, and added a new Wiki page
describing the in-progress API for the 'client core' portion of
the transitional client.  (The 'client core' will replace the current
scm.model plugin; the plugin name will change to ...stellation.scm.core
at some point, to conform with standard Eclipse plugin naming conventions.
