[stellation-res] Project Planning

As Mark described on the Wiki, the opportunities presented by WVCM and
WebDAV are going to require some significant enhancements to and
restructuring of Stellation. I see work being needed in the following areas:
Repository
Communication protocols
Server Management
Session Management
Eclipse client integration
Command line client (headless Eclipse application)
Ant task (gives access to Stellation repositories from Ant)
I would like to see each of us taking responsibility for one or more of
these areas. I am happy to work in any area so I think Mark should make a
first cut assignment of responsibilities.
The next step should be to prepare functional/design specifications for each
area. I would like to see these being done as Wiki topics to allow maximum
interaction among the committers and to make the process easily accessible
to other interested parties. Once responsibilities have been assigned I
would like to see each of us prepare a TOC for those area each of us is
responsible for and then fill in the details as soon as possible.
