I haven't had the chance to check it yet, but Jim did a checkin today 
that
he hoped would fix all of the missing file issues. Jonathan, since 
you're
the one who found those, could you please take a look, and see if that's
actually been fixed with this checkin? I'll also check to see if it's 
complete.

Once it's been verified by both of us, I'll go ahead and set up the 
branch
structure.
