There's also Slide there, which has some code in CVS implementing some
part of WVCM:

They appear to have some junit tests, some implementation (not sure if
it's the client or server or both), and some documents there.
This might be the project to which you were referring, but this part of
it doesn't seem to be advertised on the main pages, so others might not
find this so easily...
