[stellation-res] Power Outage

I understand that Mark CC sent a note over the weekend about
the power outage, but I didn't see it (due to lingering effects of
the outage) and perhaps others were similarly email-impaired.

Power here (near NYC) and in Ottawa (where the Stellation server is)
was pretty rocky on Friday; I've heard Ottawa may have had rolling
blackouts over the weekend as well.

As of Sunday evening EST, the Stellation Wiki and our main site
(stellation.eclipse.org) were up, and I expect the Stellation repository
should be up later today.  Once it's up and running, I will resume the process
of testing and checking in an up-to-date, consistent and buildable source 
image.

My local Linux email server was down until.  I came in Sunday evening
to restart it, so I (and probably Mark) may have missed some email.
If you posted anything to the list since Thursday AM August 14, please
repost it.
