[stellation-res] Code checked in; zip file posted on website.

All of the current Stellation code is currently checked in
to Stellation projects on SVC. A source image is
posted on the downloads page on the website.

(I wanted to put it on the FTP server on stellation.eclipse.org,
but the firewall is misconfigued, and prevents the FTP
server from being usable. I won't be able to contact our
admin until monday except for emergencies, and this really
doesn't qualify.)
