[stellation-res] Fix for bug #32290

I just posted a patch for 32290. It turned out to be a trivial fix - I
should have just incorporated into the earlier date-fix. But since the
last date change caused a massive change cascade, I was expecting 
the same kind of the phenomenon; turned out to be a totally localized
job this time. 

The change is trivial enough that you should be able to just eyeball
it to verify that it's pretty much OK.
