Been there, done that :-). All the best. FWIW our kitchen is undergoing
complete renovation this weekend so be thankful you don't add that to your
mix :-).

I think that limited access is essential until we get things shaken down.
BTW one of the things that went west when my hard disk self-destructed was
the password for my access to CVS so I have effectively lost commit
privileges. Given that self-hosting is imminent, I don't think it is
necessary to do anything about CVS.
Do you intend to cleanup the current structure in CVS when you do the
initial move to Stellation? In particular, I would like to see a structure
that makes it easy to Manage the non-Java portions of the project as one or
more simple Eclipse projects. This would mean that almost all project
related work could be done from within Eclipse. Specifically, what I would
like to do is to create a simple Eclipse project immediately under
org.eclipse.stellation. Call it something like "support". The name is
immaterial. In this project I would like to include the files that are
currently in org.eclipse.stellation such as current.xml as well as
consolidating the two current document directories and providing a home for
miscellaneous script files etc. Am I making sense?

Sounds like the core of a plan is there.
