[stellation-res] Eclipse M5 build available

FYI, the Eclipse M5 "stable build" was released on 6 February.
It's available from www.eclipse.org/downloads.
This is, apparently,  the first feature-complete version of the next 
Eclipse release.
I will be trying it shortly and report on any problems (M4 has been a bit 
flaky for me, FWIW)...
