They're not in particularly human friendly form. (There's a diff
format called context diffs that are easy for a human to read, but
that's not the format I used.) They're in the form that Eclipse handles
really well.
In Eclipse, right-click a project in the packages navigator. In the
"compare with" sub-menu, there's a "patch" option. Doing a
"compare-with patch" lets you view the patch as side-by-side diffs like
in the synch view, and you can selectively apply the patch.
Inside the patch zip, there are patch files for each project. The names
should make it clear which applies to which project.
