[stellation-res] Building in Eclipse

I downloaded the latest source this evening and now two projects will not
build.

org.eclipse.stellation.remote does not build since it requires remote.jar

org.eclipse.stellation.scmmodel does not build since it requires
scmmodel.jar.

How are these jars susposed to be built and is it possible to automate the
process within the Eclipse IDE?
