I haven't read it yet... I just went to try, and there are
no carriage returns, which made it very hard to read... In Eclipse,
every line just rolled off the right-hand edge of the screen. I did
a quick paragraph reformat to make it readable. I've checked
it in that way.

Would you mind if I did a formatting pass over it in either
HTML or latex? As I'm looking at it, I'm having a bit of
trouble reading it, because of the formatting stuff. (Sorry; I'm
a bit learning disabled, and it comes out in certain kinds of
visual and auditory processing. The more visual cues there are, the
easier it is for me to read something. So things like visually distinct
headers, and bullets, and things like that make things much easier for
me.)
