[stellation-res] Heads up: please don't change anything remote-access re

Just a quick heads up: I'm finishing the separation of the remote-access
code into its own plugin project. I should be able to check it in
tomorrow; in the  meantime, please refrain from any changes to anything
that touches the remote-access code. The RA stuff was really already
pretty well-localized, so changes that aren't directly part of the RA
stuff shouldn't be a problem.

Odds are no one is touching any of the relevant code; but better to 
drop a note and warn you then get bitten with merge agony later.
