I find OS X incredibly tempting. The Unix that I'm comfortable with
under the covers; the best GUI system I've seen anywhere, which
developers program in an extremely consistent fashion; and good
commercial software in the areas that I care about.
If you could run it on non-mac hardware, I'd already be using at least
part time. But there's no way that I can convince IBM to buy me a
powerbook instead a thinkpad for work. :-)
For home, when the time comes to replace my home server, I'll almost
definitely go for a Mac.
