[stellation-res] New NCA bug: Bug 28904

Just in case anyone is looking at nearestCommonAncestor stuff after I
checked in the fix and the new test framework: I've found another pretty
serious bug in NCA - it's filed as 28904 in BugZilla. I'm hard at work
on fixing it. (This is why I really like JUnit. I'm getting seriously
addicted. Pick a problem, and then you can just target it, and beat the
hell out of it until you're sure it works. This probably wouldn't have
been caught until someone really tried to seriously use private
branches.)
