[stellation-res] task sun-jdk news; new tasks cli-junit, db-accept, db-m

Jeffrey Howard learned that Sun is aware of the jdk 1.3 problem for Linux, and I have
included his note in install.html, and the Tasks entry for sun-jdk.

I also created some new task entries:

cli-junit      write JUnit-based tests for cli
db-accept      write JUnit-based acceptance tests for database manager Stellation support
db-migrate     write database-manager backup/restore facility that can be used to 
               migrate Stellation repository
db-structure   provide precise, versioned, description of Stellation database structure.

I'll start on db-structure soon, as it must be done before alpha release, and then
move on to cli-junit.

Thanks again to Jeffrey Howard for making the transition from 'lurker' to 'valued
contributor' in less than a week.
