Today's build includes fixes for distribution file structure, so
that all downloads go into

 stellation
 stellation/plugins
 stellation/plugins/core.eclipse.stellation.cli
 stellation/plugins/core.eclipse.stellation.core

Distribution files now built by current.xml, and
core install and build documents have been updated.
