I have just created "Tasks" Topic under "Get Involved" on our main page. The document is
plugins/org.eclipse.stellation.misc/doc/tasks.html. I entered initial task "postgresql 7.3"
and started "windows port" so you can fill in the details.

I'll try to add some others soon.
