[stellation-res] 2002-12-19 current build: downloads now includes bin an

I just posted today's current build, with zip files as well as tar.gz,
thanks to Jonathan Gossage's work on adding Windows support.

By the way, anyone with commit privileges can do a current build,
including updating our website:

  cd org.eclipse.stellation
  ant -f current.xml
  cd downloads/current
  cvs add *2002-12-19*
  cd -
  cvs commit
  cvs tag your-initials-2002-12-19

where the 2002-12-19 is for today, with obvious change for other days.
