[stellation-res] 2002-12-16 current build, with support for firebird

I just posted today's current build after checking in today's work.

Firebird support now complete. I had thought tests 06 and 11 were failing,
but after cleaning up the Ant scripts and trying to reproduce the problem,
all the tests passed!.

I have updated the build, firebird and install docs, as well as the Ant
build and test files. I also posted a news entry.

Thanks to Rodolfo for all his work on this.
