I should have been more precise. You don't need to recompile source, but
need to do
ant -f build-core bin
as it's the 'bin' target that builds the executable 't...' scripts using
the value of jdbc.jar. The jdbc.jar is not needed (though it's presently
included in the classpath) to compile the source.
Be warned that the current dependencies in build-core.xml may trigger a
recompilation in some cases when it shouldn't. I haven't had a chance to
look at this yet.
