[stellation-res] Workaround links for Stellation website on eclipse.org

Eclipse DNS is still down, but the following link provides access
to the top-level Technology Project page:

http://204.138.98.10/technology/index.html

The sidebar (frame) links don't work, but the
links within the main body of the pages seem to work fine.

Our home page is directly accessible at :

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/indextech.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/org.eclipse.stellation/main.html

FWIW, the Javadoc  I checked in yesterday (for the new code reorg) appears
to have checked in correctly, based on a few spot checks and a CVS
sync-to-repository check this morning.
