By the way, I have no outstanding corrections, so it's ok with me if you want to
make the change now.

A minor suggestion. Perhaps we should use 'cli' instead of 'commandline'. I expect
we'll now have multiple jar files to replace 'svc.jar', and 'svc-commandline.jar' seems
a bit awkward compared to 'svc-cli.jar', 'svc-scm.ui.jar', 'scm-core.jar', etc.
