Now available. Recent changes that have been checked in

 reverted to old form of scripts per Mark's suggestion

 added scripts to run svcadmin

 renamed server to svcserver

 mentioned availability of jar files on our website
 for downloading to set up the library

 create trial executables only when building the system,
 never when installing it

 add jdbc driver to classpath using specification from
 stellation.properties file rather than using generic name 'jdbc.jar'
