[stellation-res] Entering bugzilla bugs for new work

While I really like the idea of entering bugzilla reports
for work in progress, I would really appreciate it if
people would be careful to use the "assign to" field in the
bugzilla form to assign it to themselves. At the moment, I'm
getting everyones reports.
