Yes. We really should - there's a lot of value in having that
record.

If you can enter bugs in bugzilla, you already have an account, 
and you can just enter yourself as the person to assign the bug to. 
If there's a component for which you want to be the default assignee,
then we would need to send a note to the bugzilla administrators.
