In test 8 the zip utility is used. This is Unix specific. Was there a
particular reaso0n for using this specific utility? The problem is that
there is no comparable utility that can be guaranteed to be present on every
Windows computer. The command line version of Winzip or pkzip both have the
required functionality but are unlikely to be present on most systems.
