[stellation-res] Alpha release by December 8

I'd like to make our target data for an alpha release more specific
than "in about six weeks". I'm going to make every effort to make sure
it happens by December 8 (my birthday, as well as that of youngest daughter
Jen, and also one day later than the anniversary of the Jikes source release).

This release is to include:

 Stellation client for Linux and Windows
 Stellation server for Linux using Postgres
 Stellation server for Windows using MySQL

The server will support access control lists.

It would be nice, but not necessary, to have in place a database-independent
dump/restore based on creating ZIP files so that, for example, we could unload
a repository built using Postgres and load it via MySQL.

It would also be nice, but not necessary, to have an alternative to
Postgres on Linux.
