I've just checked a few revisions to the PDE JUnit doc:
	plugins/org.eclipse.stellation.scm.model/doc/PDE_JUnit

* Forgot to mention reconfiguring the PDE Target Platform settings
* Added a 'basic steps' summary at the top
* Added a pointer to some PDE JUnit tests used by eclipse.org
  at the bottom.

The ChangeLog and Issues docs in the ...scm.model/doc folder
were also updated.
