[stellation-res] PDE JUnit test (progress and a checkin)

The bad news is, I haven't yet been able to get
PDE JUnit to work in my 'cvs-test' workspace.

OK, figured it out. I've created and configured a
brand-new workspace, configured PDE JUnit from scratch,
checked out and built the Stellation projects, and ran
a JUnit test on the in-progress model code.

The relevant files are all checked in now.

Note that you *will* have to update classpaths etc
for your local workspace. If you want to try running the
initial JUnit test, you'll also need to change
the method ...stellation.scm.tests.ScmProjectTest.createAccessSpec
to match your local Stellation db server configuration.

I've just written up a rather lengthy procedure (> 275 lines)
on how to install, configure and use the PDE JUnit test
support within Eclipse.

The file, 'PDE_JUnit', is in the plugins/org.eclipse.stellation.scm.model/doc
folder in CVS.

PDE JUnit should be very useful over the coming weeks --
while I only have one working test currently, now that I've
puzzled out the configuration issues, many more should
follow.

OT: Mark, Jonathan: I'll be glad to write up procedures
for buildin a Postgres (or other) binary project, but I
need to rest my fingers. Look for a followup tomorrow --

- Jim
