[stellation-res] checkin - revise tutorial

I just checked in a revised tutorial. The changes were minor, and mostly
reflect recent changes in project document format ('hash' now 'signature',
and so forth).

I also uncovered a few bugs (for which the fixes have been checked in) working
through some of the examples.

I still need to add some material about properties, and to work more closely through
the 'advanced' examples, but I think it more urgent now to move on to bringing the
DB2 support up to date, during which I plan to review and revise as necessary the
installation/build documents.
