[stellation-res] Work-in-progress checkin for Eclipse plug-in "model2" A

I've just checked in some changes to the "model2" interfaces
along with a number of "exploratory" trial implementations.
All changes are located in
org.eclipse.stellation.scm.model/src/org.eclipse.stellation.scm.model2,
and do not break any current functionality.

This is, emphatically, incomplete and nonfunctional code,
written to help me better understand how selected parts
of the Svc code (stellation.workspace) could be mapped
into a more Eclipse-oriented model.

The purpose of this checkin is to assist ongoing discussions
about the in-progress API design, and perhaps to shed some
light on issues related to Eclipse-Stellation integration.

At this point, I've built enough code to get a sense of how things
should work (which could be offbase, of course; don't hesitate
to point out a better approach if you think of one).  My next
step is to build some test framework code, to drive and verify
an implementation that's actually functional; I'll get started on
some JUnit tests tomorrow.

BTW - this doesn't mean that the 'model2' API is now cast in
stone!  Not at all!  My intention is to "think a little, build a little,
test a little, fix a lot", shake and stir until done; the API will
certainly change in the process.  Your input is welcome ---
